Injury in my left leg ankle.
2 years ago my left leg ankle was broken.After that, my foot was plastered and  medicines for some time and my leg was healed.But right now I am on training and I have to do more work, in the meantime my foot is swollen and there is a little bit of pain of swelling i think.Right now I do not understand what is happening and what should I do.

Get xrays for sure. To rule out any stress fracture at old injury site. Swelling is there because of strain. May be long standing and congestion by shoes. Need to apply ice Keep limb elevation  over two pillow  Avoid tight shoes . Take break in between avoid long hour  standing . As you said  minimal pain so no pain killers . No massage . Only apply ice thrice per day for 5-7 days 20 min each time .( Keep ice in cloth then apply)
