I'm not sure, but there seems to be a fracture in your elbow. The images are not clear enough. Do follow the advice that your orthopedic surgeon has given.
Next Steps
Please visit an Orthopedic surgeon.

There seems to be a fracture in the lower end of humerus extending into medial epicondyle. Use a arm sling to rest your elbow joint. Get a MRI scan ( which will rule out both bony and soft tissue injury). And consult a Orthopaedic doctor near by your place.
