Every doctor has different management options/ medication for threatened abortion. The doctor prescribe u right medication. There is no hard and fast rule to give one or another injection. If cost is an issue u can avoid this. U can continue with duphaston, susten and proluton inj.

In tele-consultation one thing which really bugs me is that too many patients have no trust in their Doctors. Before the ink of prescription writing dries up, they are with another Doctor for a second opinion. And, I am sure, within the next one hour they will be with a third Doctor to get a 'second opinion' on my opinion too.

Injection  were advised as you had bleeding. They support  the pregnancy and prevent further complications. Later on switch  to oral medicine .
