Looks to be Baby's  movements  on lesser  side, that's why  admitted  for  delivery. Then there's  no  point  in  waiting till 21st February. Provided  she responds well to Labour  Induction medication  and other situations  allow she will  have a normal  delivery.

Age should be induced if the bishop score or per vaginal findings are favourable Chances of normal delivery if all other factors are normal would be approximately 80 percent

Theres no percentage of chances for pains, if no pains, pains have to be induced with medication, based on everything is normal, her scan baby if everything is fine and mature enough for delivery then pains need to be induced
