I was on medication for my fear anxiety iand sleeplessness since 6 yrs..i did consult psychiatrist in ny home town.ri took medice for sinitial 6 months and left medicine slowly . Again it occored after year..took for werk and left. Now dint took single medicine for 2 years. But symptoms starts occorring again now after 2 years of gap. I took same medicine since 2 days..not helping.please help
