I have repeating ingrown toenail which is causing swelling and pain. Consulted doctor and taken prescribed antibiotics but it didn't help. Should i consult a dermatologist again or a general surgeon? Also is there any way to reduce the pain and swelling at home temporarily?

Its bacterial paronychia causing this swelling..it will improve with medicine. for accurate diagnosis and treatment do direct online consultation with photos
