Greetings. The following would help you: 1. Clean your toes with betadine 2. You'll need lateral toe nail ablation with matrix ablation 3. A course of anti biotics would be necessary since you already have mentioned that there's pus like discharge. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards.
