Ingrown toenail
I had an ingrown toenail removal surgery (whole nail) about 6-7 months ago. The nail is still growing back and I haven't had any problem with it apart from the top part of the nail being a little thick. But theres no discoloration. About a week ago, I started feeling pain, the toe is swelling and theres pus drainage as well. I'm not sure if it's ingrown again but it seems like it is infected. So what can i do at home to take care of the infection until I can go to a doctor? Also, how can I determine if it's ingrown again, and if so, the severity of it and is there any way I can treat it at home? Thanks.

Contact with your surgeon. Let him/her know about the issue. You may need to take a course of antibiotics. Don't try to fix it by your self.
