Hello, I've gone with my regular curriculum and diet but suddenly, I noticed red bumps all over my face and it has been one day now. There were not many symptoms in the beginning so I gave it few hours to recover but it's staring to mildly itch now. I do not have any allergy as of now and have not introduced any new cosmetics to my routine. Kindly, assist me with this situation as I am already suffering from Melasma and don't want anymore scars.
Thank You.

Sudden onset of red, mildly itchy facial bumps could point towards an acute irritant reaction, contact dermatitis, or a photosensitive eruption, especially in someone with underlying melasma.
Next Steps
Use a gentle cleanser and avoid any makeup or actives for now. Apply a bland moisturizer and a physical sunscreen. If it worsens, a short course of topical anti-inflammatory may be needed.
Health Tips
To avoid post-inflammatory pigmentation or scarring, early treatment is key. Do an online consultation for a precise diagnosis and safe prescription tailored to your skin type.
