Inflammation on lower eyelid.
It's been two days I got an inflammation on the lower eyelid. It's like a bump on the surface of eyelid on the hair of eyelash. It has swelling nd it's a white headed pimple type seems like containing little pus too.

Apply heat wet or dry. Apply eye ointment like chlorocol H at bed time. Tb combiflam 3 times a day. Constant online

Seems to be a stye. Please share the close up pic of your eyes with information about pain redness watering discharge itching and blurring of vision.

Sounds like an early stye if it’s painful .
Next Steps
Hot water compress 3 times daily & Moxicip eye drops ( Moxifloxaciillin) 4 times daily should most likely resolve the issue in next 24 hours.If no improvement contact after 24 hrs for a review

It’s just infection of hair follicle Just like a pimple

Hot fomentation and eye lid masaage . If not coming down need antibiotic course after doctor advise

By your description, looks like a beginning of stye. Start Milflox eye drops 4 times a day and hot dry fomentation 3 times a day.
