I am trying to conceive naturally from 6 months, it didn't happened.
I had cysts but regular periods so I am taking medication i.e normoz,folinext, nextlife,ultra q300,multi vitamin tablet.
My husband semen count is low because he had viral fever in January.
Please tell me which medicine increase sperm quantity and quality, motility?
Can I take shivling seeds or nagakesaralu for pregnancy?

The causes of low sperm count may include varicocele, hydrocele, bacterial infections, sexually transmitted infections, undescended testicles, Hormone imbalances, Exposure to radiation, X rays, overheating the testicles etc.
Sitting for long periods, wearing tight clothing or working on a laptop computer for long stretches of time also may increase the temperature in your scrotum and may also reduce sperm production.
Alcohol & Tobacco use, smoking, Emotional stress, Depression and overweight also cause low Sperm count n low motility.

Start doing brisk walk or running or cardio exercises for at least 1 hour a day.

Take dhatu paushtika churan one teaspoon in the morning & in the night.
Take tablet shukar matrika bati one in the morning and one in the night.
Take tablet Brihat Bangeshwar ras one in the morning one and one in the night after food.
