Infection in ring finger in left hand from last 2 months. Pain is fluctuating Redness near nails. Please suggest medication and precautions needs to be taken

This looks like chronic paronychia. Best treatment would be surgical removal of nail under local anaesthesia. A new nail will come back once the nail bed becomes healthy.

You might be suffering from paronychia. The nail looks infected too if there is no history of trauma. Consult online with detailed history for treatment. Keep your hands clean and dry
