Infection in ring finger in left hand from last 2 months.
Pain is fluctuating

This looks like chronic paronychia. Best treatment would be surgical removal of nail under local anaesthesia. A new nail will come back once the nail bed becomes healthy.
You might be suffering from paronychia. The nail looks infected too if there is no history of trauma.
