Infection .
I did test for typhidot and blood culture last 15 days before . My typhidot was positive and blood culture was negative no bacteria found what does it mean I am having infection or not ,as my stomach is paining from right side feeling congestion in chest and nose i had antibiotics but it's not effective to give me relief

Blood culture only positive first week of infection as in v early
Your stomach pain is a cause of concern as post thyphoid complications are not
to b ignored and proactively treated

Take steam inhalation twice daily
Warm water gargaling with salt
Avoid spicy and oily food
