Hello, Plenty of liquids, so urine out put increase n lot of  infection decrease. Tab Dan Mr two times a day after food for SEVEN to ten days or as required. It may cause ACIDITY so take light diet with least oil n spices. PHYSIOTHERAPY is helpful. CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN.ok.
