Sense of taste
I had covid in Jan my antigen came positive by a home kit, now since 19th March I am feeling that the sense of taste is lessened also I did the antigen today and it came negative. Hence can you please suggest what can be done

It happens after covid. Its common. Nothing to worry about. Taste will regain after few days.

Don't worry mam in some people it becomes normal in a week in some weeks and for so it take months. Slowly slowly your decreased taste sensation will come back to normal. Take vit c tablets 500 mg for a month. Drink plenty of water. Add natural antiinflammatory and antioxidants foods to your diet like ginger, garlic, turmeric etc. Tab vit D3 sachet 60000 IU one's in a week for 4 week's. And tab nurokind- plus RF one's in a day after food it has vit b12 supplements wand alpha lepoic acid an antioxidant.
