Hello doctors,
I had mild covid symptoms from 28/4/21
My antigen was positive on 2/5/21 and the next day I also tested for my rtpcr which was negative ( please see the attached)
That time I lost my sense of smell completely 100% for 3 weeks around.
I started feeling good from 5/5/21 and after some days, also got my smell back.
But now from 10 days approx, I have a distorted sense of smell, not able to eat anything and now I hate almost every food, even my favorites also.
I don't have any other symptoms.
What could be the cause?
Please suggest me what should I do now.
Thanks in advance :)

Distorted sense of smell is known as cacosmia, can be managed easily as a ent surgeon we oftenly get such patients, usual reasons are infection in vincity of nasopharyngeal area and paranasal sinuses.
Viruses usually damage the nasopharyngeal mucosa so such changes after viral infections can occur
