Post covid symptoms
Had covid in april..loss of smell and taste was the first symptom..then after one and a half month was able to smell few things and had taste..but now its been 4 months and smell and taste are distorted(parosmia)..how will this go? How much time will it take to get back smell and taste as before covid..I have foul smell constantly and taste also..cant eat anything as normal food (vegetable, lentil,curd,egg)tastes disgusting.Anyone else also experiencing this or its just me?

Its been seen in many patients, it can take 4-6 months for you to get normal may be more as there is uncertainty and studies are still going on. Do olfactory training it will help along with multivitamins.

Can persists  long ,divert u mind from Covid u   lemon suck by putting black pimper may help u
