Green colour stool is  normal only, If baby is passing urine minimum 6-8 times per day. Don't give so much importance to motion unless blood in motion or bad smelling motion.  Consistently green stools in the breastfed baby can indicate an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. ... Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva. A lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet also cause green colour motion in baby.

At this age,you need to give 2 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home, and just 4 milk feeds including one top milk feed using a spoon and katori. Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for 5 days.
