Infant facing Red rashes & dryness
My baby boy age 9 months. He got red rashes intially then skin got dryness on back side. He got red rashes without dryness on hand also. He is facing red rashes from last 6 days. After few days backside rashes has been disappeared but skin getting peeled off. Now he is getting red rashes on leg (3 red rashes initial stage). Can you please suggest me how to get rid off  above condition in these lock down period. Am applying cetaphil moisturizer on rashes, Is it ok to apply on body. Please suggest some medicine for my baby. Else suggest home remedies with precautions. Let me know if you need any more information. Please find baby red rashes photo in attachment.

Firstly, are you giving any meds or fever cough etc. Rash needs to discussed. We need to find the cause of the rash. Sometimes meds for cough, cold, etc can also induce rash. Please consult online.
