Such problems can be sorted out by lifestyle modifications. You should have a decent breakfast , a good lunch, and a light dinner. After dinner don't go to bed straight away. Be up and about for at least half hour. In the morning get up around 5 AM. After toilet , have a glass of water and go for a long walk, about one hour. After walk you had another glass of water and tea etc. The problems you have mentioned above will be controlled , and if you continue this routine they will be relieved. No amount of medicines will relieve you of your symptoms.
