You started your description with the statement that you are a patient of gas, indigestion, constipation and belching. But the treatment you have been taking doesn't show any medicine which is directed towards these problems. Perhaps you attribute all your problems to Gas and Indigestion.
Ectopic pregnancy is not a clinical diagnosis. You may feel Palpitations but you can't feel or notice ectopic beats.
I suggest you should consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. It should be a complete examination directed towards your heart and respiratory system. Then a comprehensive treatment can be started which you should follow for a few months with a Medical Checkup once in a month.
