Hi
I have done all my research and followed every kind of rule to steer clear of any thing which can cause indigestion and bloating. It has become extremely embarrassing for me because I have to sit with people whole day.
I don't feel relieved after going to washroom even after 2 times in morning. I am active and consume enough fibre and don't take caffeine at all.
Previously many doctors prescribed me laxatives and antacid but they are not solving this problem which I have ongoing for couple of years.
Please help, it's making me gain weight also on the mid riff badly.
