From 2 months food not digesting properly & many of are said that take hot water& some gastric exercise but not useful, I had consulted doctors from other hospital they gave reflux tablet if I use this tablet that time it works properly after that same problem

The gastrointestinal problems don't have a foolproof treatment by medicines. There is a very large role of lifestyle modifications. You have consulted so many Doctors and all of them have given the correct advice. But since you are looking for a permanent cure with medicines you are always disappointed.

Few tests are required.

- Take small meals 5-6 times a day instead of heavy meals. - Take 15-20 mins walk after having meal. - Do not lie down immediately after having meal. - Drink water after 30 mins of having meal. - Take plenty of water. - Avoid spicy and oily food. - Include salads in your diet.

You might require few blood tests like vitamin b12, vitamin D , Thyroid function test , and scanning such as USG abdomen or endoscopy , for further management
