Dink plenty of water 4 liters per day High fiber diet. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't over eat. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap. Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Reduce your caffeine intake. Don't over eat. Start some physical activity on regular basis.
