Indigestion and liver
Muscles weakness, dry skin, dry palm skin, pale skin (light yellowish)   all over body but bilirubin level normal in report Weight has been decreased Fatigue all day and muscles weakness stamina very low Heart rate goes above 130 even climbing few stairs ..feeling exhausted while even doing exercises within 2-3 minutes Walking speed has been decreased, Tested blood report shows only AST 52 ALT 102  vitamin B12 level 253 Cholesterol near 200, HDL normal LDL Near 170 ,...stools swims on water observed after peeing ... Visited Ayurvedic treatment and prescribed Follow the below said medication for 1 month 1. Dhanvantari vati 2 tablet three times a day 15 minutes prior to food 2.  Kumaryasava 10 ml + Drakshasava 10 ml mixed, equal water is added and taken, 15-20 minutes after food three times 3 . Kamadugha with mouktik 1 tablet twice daily after food But feeling heaviness in abdomen after talking medicine Feeling normal as I stopped taking above medicine

Your blood investigations are almost normal except ALT , in your case we have to work on your digestion as you mentioned your stools float on water indicating lack of absorption of essential nutrients from your food by your gut. All your symptoms relate to the deficiencies of essential nutrients.
