Indigestion
After eating feeling nausea and sort of breath , and every morning during brushing feeling nausea . But after  taking some enzyme & antacid everything will be gone .. Using Pantopazle 40 mg , but not geeting any result

I think for a 28 year old person there should be no need for using Enzymes and Antacids and Pantaprazole routinely. And if you need these things then you get yourself examined by a Gastroenterologist. Lifestyle modifications should be good enough to look after these problems.

Take Nexpro RD 20 : 1 cap in empty stomach for 10 days Take Vitazyme: 1 cap twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days Regular exercise atleast for 45 minutes Regularise sleep for 6 hours Avoid Oily Spicy Smoked and Deep Fried Food Avoid Tea Coffee Dark chocolate pastries red meat etc Avoid Aerated Drinks Avoid Maida Products Avoid Chillies Papad Pickles etc Take plenty of fluids High Fibre Diet Don't skip meals Take Frequent Meals Reduce stress and tension if any. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
