Increased ESR and High BP
From few week my bp is 150/100 and today I got my report and got ESR 33 so I want to know it's normal right, i dont have to worry??

At the age of 30 this BP is quite on higher side. Needs further evaluation to find out the cause. Increased ESR may be due to another reasons.

Take salt restricted diet. Have a good deep sleep. Do meditation and regular exercise.
