Incompetent cervix
I am 12 weeks pregnant with incompetent cervix. I have been advised for NT Scan next Saturday. As per my doctor's advice currently I am on complete bed rest. Cerclage has not been done yet. We stay at 3rd floor. Is it okay to take the stairs on the day of my scan? How risky the stairs can be?
