Dear Docter
With fever
my platelates count
On 29th April 65000
30h April 59000
2nd April 37000
3rd Apr 59000
4 Apr 61000
5 Apr 71000
Today 6th Apr) again decrease at 63000
Note : Dengue,Malaria , liver test all are negative
Pls help
My question is why in the recovering stage it's decreased today again now I have no fever also from yesterday anything serious??

Blood cells production in body is a dynamic process so there are ups and downs in numbers but since you don't have dengue low numbers of platelets need evaluation.
If there are no symptoms, just focus on eating nourishing foods papaya, vit c rich food, greens etc etc
