I'm doing my higher studies..I'm not to study for long hours..I feel digestion problem some times muscle pain...I want improve a health live and improve my cognitive skills...I feel always tired...due to some bad habits I lost my health...that y my physic not able to help me for studying...

Hello....... I can understand your problem. What's your bad habits, you should open up, sleep for 7 to 8 hours, meditate for 1 hours in early morning... Develop interest in your studies, that's very important... Take gap between studies, try to concentrate for 1 to 2 hours at a time....
