Hello, I try to lead an active lifestyle, but I get tired easily.
I can't run continuously beyond 1.5 km at a stretch and likewise on the cross trainer. Similarly, I get exhausted after 30-45 minutes of gym exercises..
I have started taking protein shakes and try to consume healthy meals (except that I have a sweet tooth, so I like to consume sweets).
Wondering if Shilajit and Ashwagandha capsule could help in restoring/ improving the strength..
