Simple steps for improving health are: getting adequate sleep, maintaining proper sleep-wake schedule, eating healthy balanced meals, exercising regularly and maintaining good social relationships. If you are feeling low, lethargic, disinterested in work or pleasurable activities, irritable or have decreased concentration/attention, you may be having depression. Treatment for the same is available, consult a psychiatrist.
Health Tips
If you begin to feel hopeless or suicidal please consult a psychiatrist immediately.
