.... actually I m doing my higher studies. I want to improve my health as well as improve my cognitive skills.Digestion problems joints and muscle pain..and I want to improve my muscle growth ..always I feel tired.. the problems is I lost my health due to some bad habits .I want to recover it..

Probably you have the fear that you have lost your health due to those habits has become a belief. That's when you feel you are tired nd also wanting to get back to that normalcy of your standard.
