Improve Eyesight
I want to improve my eyesight in next 40 days. What should I do? I want diet chart and advice for improving eyesight in this timeframe. Please help. My both eyes has myopia with -2 diopter power of lens. My eye power is same since last 10 years.

Hello... There is no diet or exercise to get rid of glasses. Refractive surgery like lasik is only option

You have same power since 10 years and  I guess you are wearing Spectacles continuously.  You can take diet rich in Viatmin A . You can do some eye exercises.If you don't want to wear Spectacles you can wear contact lenses. Even you can go for refractive surgery after proper evaluation. That is the only way you can reduce some power.

You have to wear glasses constantly. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
