Implants are always the best option. In bridge you have to trim the adjacent healthy teeth. But it has to be evaluated with an X-ray

Hi Implants will be the best treatment of choice . Bridge option will be much lesser cost compare to implants but you have to spare adjacent sound tooth. They are lot of brands of Implants at different range of cost starts from 15k to 45k .
