It’s rare for a dental implant to fail – in fact, 90%-95% of dental implant procedures are successful. Unsuccessful osseointegration, infection, tissue damage surrounding the implant, or allergic reactions can cause implants to fail. Treatment of your failed implant depends upon why it failed, so talking to your dentist is the best way to achieve proper treatment. As always, prevention is easier than dealing with a failed implant.
Health Tips
Properly maintain your implants by keeping up good oral hygiene – brushing, flossing, and using an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day.

It can be replaced but we have to check why it fails, is it due to poor oral hygiene, excessive bone loss, or other causes. Dentistry is quite advanced every treatment is possible.
