I have a increased IGE LEVEL 591.70, I didn't have any allergy, had covid vaccine 6 months before i had my second dose of covid vaccine? What is possible reason for increased level?

Generally the increased IgE levels are due to body reacting in a hyper manner to a foreign protein. This could herald a risk of developing Asthma. It could be due to extraneous agents, but also due to worms.
