Immunity booster
My kid 4 year 7 months old. She suffers cold cough and fever every month. Her fever lasts for 6 to 7 days. Also her temperature raise triggers her fits so we consulted homeopathy. Doctor said already she is on fits medications. So she gave immunity booster 2 pills for one day. Also she said not to use that until she says. Will it improve my kids immunity? Also she 8s taking homeopathy pills for speech and behavior issues for past 15 days and no improvement till now

Speech and behaviour issues are part of cognitive development of the child where it would have been delayed in your child case due to some underlying organic causes as mild fevers are bringing in the fits.
The case has to be addressed holistic way understanding the proper chronology
There can't be saperate medicine for each complaint
In my opinion the complaints of the child are arrising from one problem which has to be investigated with detailed case taking which arrives at only one homeopathic medicine
No multiple medicines for each complaint as you mentioned

I can’t comment as I don’t know the medicine
But yes Homoeopathy medicines do help you with increasing your child’s immunity
The most important part part is never except result in 15 days - your child is suffering from 5-6 years ( you had already tried all allopathic medicines give Homoeopathy little more time)
Immunity increased gradually and same is the behaviour and speech
