My son 10 yrs old falls sick very often and doesnt prefer to eat vegetables and other good products. Please recommend a regular vitamin,medicine and diet to help him cover the loss and also to make his immune stronger. Further kindly also suggest something for his bones and he complains of back ache at this age. Thank you.

Appetite and sleep is very important part of life. Child should play outdoor for atleast 2-3 hours. You can consult me for holistic approach.

Take syrup becosules 5ml twice a day and syrup Calcimax 5ml twice a day for 15 days. Diet Should include fresh fruits and vegetables and salads as a source of vitamins. Avoid packaged foods like biscuits, chips, Chocolate etc as much as possible. You can make whatever he wants at home. This should boost his immunity as well. Regular exercise and meditation should be done daily. If he falls sick repeatedly, it may be allergies. If he has backache, he may have vitamin D deficiency. Consult directly
