I have imbalance issues for someone consulted ent and neuro and took CT .... All came back normaly.
Have high BP. Taking medication daily. Usual reading will be 140/90.
I am not diabetic.
The issue is head dizziness and feeling of being drunk (without alcohol), struggling to see properly (although things weren’t blurry) having a lot of trouble concentrating with my eyes. Really not sure what's the issue.
Took vertin 16 mg and veritron 25mg. No luck

It's not possible to treat your problem through tele consultation.
You will need to consult a general physician in your place physically as you need complete neurological examination and general physician examination for better evaluation and treatment.
Next Steps
try to figure out the trigger factor and avoid it .
Moving more slowly from a sitting or lying position to a standing one may help reduce dizziness. Drinking plenty of decaffeinated fluids and avoid smoking.
