Some people are sensitive for getting upper respiratory tract symptoms and infections.
Kindly take tablet Azithromycin 500mg for five days and montek lc one tablet after dinner for five days.
You will be fine.
Exercise daily and take your vitamins daily, like vitamin B complex and vitamin C.
These are to keep up with your immunity.
