Identify my behaviour & what to do?
I’m 20F , also T1D on lamitrol, nexito,  risperidone and mirtaz, also metformin and have anxiety, fear of going out/travelling alone, social anxiety, avoidance, dependence on my mother, constant self-doubt, overthinking, body/heartbeat hyperawareness, palpitations, numbness, occasional dissociation, low motivation, loss of interest, low self-worth, emotional eating and fear of violence. I’ve had past panic attacks, harassment/bullying, and sometimes feel that there's no meaning in my life and that maybe I shouldn't be alive, im not self harming nor do I feel to. What could these symptoms indicate clinically? Could this be agoraphobia, social anxiety, depression, trauma-related anxiety, health anxiety/OCD, dissociation, or dependent traits? What is the core issue? please doctors help me identify. I have also tried therapy but it didn't work + if any psychiatrist can tell me how therapy works will help too. i request you doctors to please give a detailed answer. thankyou for ur time.
