U need to have a planned diet. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,wholegrains,sprouts in ur meals. Millets are healthy too. Physical activities ,sports playing,exercises,yoga are  for fitness. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,masalas,spicy oily foods,nonveg . Flaxseeds,gingely,horsegram jaggery,aregood too. Lentilswholegram,buckwheat,sugarcane,are to be included.

Hi, Ideal body weight for your height is 58-60 Kgs. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Have whole grain cereals like millets and pulses Eat protein rich diet egg whites,Sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body.

Pls let me know if u have any chronic health issues prior.what kind of eating habits u have,r u doing regular exercise? Pls have a proper healthy balanced diet including whole grain n whole grain products,Millets like jowar,Ragi etc,add on fresh fruits like apple,banana,oranges etc along with green Vegs,leafy vegs like palak ext with healthy fats containing foods such as fatty fish salmon,nuts like almonds,roasted seeds like chia seeds which Is rich in vitamins and minerals.for getting online diet consultation or diet plan services connect to me through practo.
