Ideal height and for 5 years kid
Dear doctor , I would like to know ideal weight and height for 5 years kid.my kid is 5 years old and weight is 14.8 and height 100cms

While assessing growth weight & height are used as indicators . They are assessed as percentile & are compared from child’s own previous values and are charted on percentile charts . In general it is the serial assessment on percentile chart which is important and not a single value or comparison with other kids . But certainly THIS CHILD referred here needs investigations & follow up please .
