I have developed ICP during 21 week of Pregnancy, I'm on Heparin 40mg and Ecosprin 150mg for APLA syndrome and on HCQS 200mg, Wysolone 5mg for Rheumatoid Arthritis. What are the risk factors for the baby and the mother and is there a risk of pre-term baby ? What will be the treatment plan to control the elevated levels of bile acid, sgot and sgpt...report attached for reference. Any other associated conditions i should be concerned about?

You are having a high risk pregnancy which requires close monitoring and yes there is risk of preterm delivery. Follow your gynecologist advice. U will be needing frequent visits to hospital. Consultation required
You have too many problems which are associated with complications as far as pregnancy is concerned. Surely you are consulting some Gynaecologist during pregnancy and must have been informed about the associated problems.
ICP per se may not be dangerous for the mother but the foetus is at risk due to high levels of bile acids. You are only 21 weeks. In ICP in advanced pregnancy we have the option of early delivery but you have to wait for at least 4 months for that too.
Wysolone and HCQ further make the condition difficult because you have to take the medicine for a long time. Of course as the pregnancy advances the need for Wysolone and HCQ may become less.
Please follow the advice of your Gynaecologist religiously. The prognosis is guarded.
