I am 36 weeks 6days pregnant, i had mild itching on 30th November, did lft test, started Udiliv 600. Did bile acid test, result was 27umol/l, After 1 week, test results were better, bile acid came 10umol/l. Still continuing udiliv 600 Today, test result, acid bile 22umol/l Is it concerning? Shall i get the delivery as soon as possible or can wait this week for labour pain. I have cervix incompetence, 9mm cervical length Today, i am 36weeks 6days pregnant Reports are attached... Acid bile was high due what reasons ? I had high fat and protein food this week, multigrain bread, cheese slices, paneer, cow milk, little bit of sugar, is it becsuse of that, i had this to increase the baby's weight.. Should i be concerned about stillbirth complications.. Baby movements are good...

U cannot wait U will hv to deliver at 37 completed weeks Since this is cholestasis of pregnancy It is unrelated to what u eat Once ur on udiliv the liver enzymes normalise n hence the ITCHING stops If u do not deliver after 37 u may complicate this pregnancy in the form of muconium aspiration Iufd etc
