Your bile acids are too high ....it would be better to consult a Gastroenterologist...
also you should start tablet udiliv after Consulting your gynecologist and Gastroenterologist.. Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is associated with more chances of preterm delivery and meconium stained liquor..
Lft monitoring is needed and also steroid injections to enhance fetal lung maturity ....in case your doctor may have to take the decision to deliver you early...
