I have scales on my lower legs from childhood and also dark skin on stomach and back as compared to whole body.. Is there any treatment which can eradicate it completely

There is no permanent treatment but you can control it with application of lots of moisturiser and creams containing urea and lactic acid. For eg: moisturex cream
Ichthyosis Vulgaris --- eradicate no.. control yes.... the abdomen pigmentation needs to be assessed to comment further... Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with this more information on ongoing medication or history of previous/current skin/systemic illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
