Is it possible to apply iceppack wrapped in bag on hand  fracture plaster cast externally for few minutes? The palster is of blue one and not the regular white one

Ice pack won't work with any type of plaster. Because while applying plaster, cotton roll in applied over your hand before applying POP or fibrecast. Cotton acts as insulation (very much like a blanket)
