IBS with diarrhea
I am suffering from IBS, feel like going to washroom after every meal and it keeps recurring, I'm tired of taking medicines. How can I avoid IBS symptoms ? I don't want to take antidepressant but that is the only thing that controls it. How can I improve my condition?

IBS is not controlled by medicines for  much longer time. It is a lifestyle and diet dependent disease. Try to identify foods that precipitate SYMPTOMS. Like some pulses etc. Avoid dairy products. Green vegetables based diet can control to great extent. Ruling out other causes for SYMPTOMS is very essential.
