Is this right diet? Yes or no? 1. Luke warm water, honey, lemon and aloe vera juice. 2. Almonds (4-5) and walnuts (2-3) Breakfast 1. Barley water before meal 2. Poha/oats /eggs / brown bread /curd 3. Flax seed powder form with water or butter milk. Then green tea after a while. Lunch 1. Barely water before meal. 2. Roti/dal/ green vegetables (including broccoli)/cucumber 3. Half glass of butter milk. Green tea after a while. Evening 1. Luke warm water with honey, lemon and aloe vera juice. 2. Almonds and walnuts Dinner 1. Barely water before meal 2. Roti/dal/rice /green vegetables / cucumber 3. Flax seed with water 4. Cinnamon powder tea. Fruits - pomegranate, oranges, papaya, apple, pears and pinapple
